Return, Exchange & Repair Policy – Platine Watch
At Platine Watch, your satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, we’ve outlined our policies below regarding returns, exchanges, and repairs of our timepieces.
1. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order if one of the following conditions applies:
- The watch arrived damaged or defective
- The item received does not match the product description on our website
To qualify for a refund, please ensure:
- The watch is unworn and in original condition
- Tags, stickers, and protective films are still attached
- Original packaging, including box and manuals, is returned
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
Note: If any protective film has been removed, we cannot process the refund, as this violates our product return condition.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our customer support team with your order details and include photos or videos showing the issue. Once your request is approved, ship the item back via a trackable and insured courier (UPS only).
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
2. Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery if:
- The item arrived defective or damaged
- The watch does not match its online description
Exchange conditions:
- The watch is unused and unaltered
- All tags and protective films are intact
- Original packaging and purchase proof are included
Note: Removed protective films will void exchange eligibility.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact our team with the details of the item you wish to exchange. Once approved, return the original product (UPS only) with all included materials.
After inspection, we’ll ship the replacement item. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
3. Warranty & Repair Policy
Limited Warranty
All Platine Watch timepieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering:
- Manufacturer defects
- Internal malfunctions under normal usage
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Repair Requests
If your watch is under warranty, please contact customer support for repair guidance.
If out of warranty, we offer paid repair services. Contact us for a quote and return instructions. Watches must be shipped via trackable and insured courier (UPS).
Our team will evaluate the watch and provide an estimated timeline and repair cost before proceeding.
